Fixed Window Restoration

A badly constructed fixed window was built without with a proper sill. Two jamb pieces went directly into the ground, soaking up water and rotting the surrounding wood, both exterior and interior. I removed all rotted wood, rebuilt a small sill, installed and shaped matching molding, and painted. Water is now deflected away from the window and protected by a decent paint job. The only maintenance required is periodic repainting.
