Sill Refinishing
After removal of the bottom sash - depending on whether it has been caulked or painted in - there may be extensive refinishing work required on the sill in order to restore it to a clean, flat, painted surface. This process adds time to either functional or full restoration services, as it requires two days for paint prep, priming, and painting. Sometimes longer to repair major wood damage.
